We employ strict criteria to assess the fluency of our linguists who must meet the following criteria:

• They must be native speakers and have extensive knowledge of the relevant target market- including industry-specific terminology
• They must demonstrate an understanding of the source content
• They must possess a translation qualification and have at least three years' experience as a professional translator
• They must have relevant IT skills and be familiar with amity’s quality assurance process
